Hi, I’m Ben – the man behind Flawless Cleaning!
First and foremost, thank you for visiting our website. As a family-run business always seeking to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers, we really appreciate you wanting to find out more about us.
Flawless Cleaning’s beginnings
I founded Flawless Cleaning back in April 2015. It all started after a less-than-desirable experience with a well-known home carpet cleaner, and I thought: “I can do better than that!”
So I did. I began by learning how to properly clean carpets with the best possible equipment and carried out cleans for friends and family. Over time I gradually expanded the business to include pressure washing driveways and patios, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, commercial jet washing and most recently, garden clearances.
Launching our YouTube channel
In February 2020 I launched the Flawless Cleaning YouTube channel to illustrate the passion I have for cleaning, show my methods, and share our most satisfying cleans. Since then the channel has grown into something I never dreamed possible; to date we have over 95,000 subscribers and 21 million views. Crazy! Treating every customer like family
I’m all about family and community. From the outset I wanted Flawless Cleaning to share these same values, which is why I treat every customer as if they were family and every property as if it were my own. Every job is completed with the utmost care and respect, and I never leave a job until I am 100% satisfied you will absolutely love the results – as our Checkatrade and Google Business reviews show.
We are based in the London Borough of Bexley and cover all South East London and North Kent areas. I want Flawless Cleaning to be the recognised benchmark for cleaning excellence and reliability in the area, and part of that is giving back to the community as much as possible.
