By submitting a nomination to Flawless Blessings, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) Eligibility:

• Nominations are open to individuals, places, or community spaces located within the United Kingdom.
• Nominators must provide accurate location information.
• Nominators must have obtained necessary permissions to submit photos and location details.

2) Nomination Process:

• Nominations must be submitted through the designated online form or other specified method.
• Nominations must include detailed information about the nominated individual, place, or community space, outlining the need for assistance.
• Nominations must include clear and accurate photographs of the location requiring assistance.
• Nominators must supply the location of the place that needs help.
• Nominations can be for overgrown gardens, dirty driveways, community centers, and similar locations that require cleaning or tidying.

3) Selection Process:

• Flawless Blessings will select recipients based on criteria determined at its sole discretion, which may include:
  
  • The level of need.
  • The potential impact of the assistance.
  • The suitability of the project.
  • The location of the project.
• Flawless Blessings’ decision is final.
• Flawless Blessings is not obligated to provide feedback on individual nominations.

4) Assistance Provisions:

• The scope of assistance will be determined by Flawless Blessings.
• Flawless Blessings will make all decisions regarding the provision of assistance.
• The recipient agrees to allow Flawless Blessings and its team access to the property or location for the provision of assistance.
• The recipient agrees to allow Flawless Blessings to take photos and videos of the location before, during, and after the project.

5) Publicity and Media:

• The recipient agrees to allow Flawless Blessings to use photographs, videos, and other media related to the assistance for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
  
  • Website and social media.
  • Marketing materials.
  • Participation in media appearance is at the discretion of the recipient.

6) Data Privacy:

• Flawless Blessings is committed to protecting your privacy.
• All personal information provided during the nomination process will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating and managing the Flawless Blessings project.
• Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Data will be stored securely.
• Data will be deleted after a reasonable time period, after the completion of the project.

7) Liability:

• Flawless Blessings is not liable for any damage or injury that may occur during the assistance process, except in cases of gross negligence.

8) Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Flawless Blessings reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be posted on the Flawless Blessings website or communicated to nominators.

9) Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
